The L15 Club Lounge renovation at the Pullman on Swanston, involved taking the cold shell top floor and converting it into a Lounge, Private Dining Room, Open Kitchenette / Pantry area for guests, New staff Kitchen, New Bathrooms, Lift Lobby area with timber panelling. Ethereal Projects worked in with principle contractor Ramvek, to deliver the project, on schedule in 6 weeks.
